SHAH ALAM: Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Dr Hasan Ali defended the state PAS Youth's action in objecting to alcohol being served during Chelsea FC's friendly match at the Shah Alam Stadium here on July 29.
Speaking to reporters after opening an astronomy convention here on Sunday, he said the action was appropriate to send the message that Islamic sensitivities must be respected when organising any event.
