PETALING JAYA: The Combined Old Boys Rugby Association’s (Cobra) schools development programme will receive funding for another three year from sponsors CIMB Foundation.
In launching the second phase of the programme yesterday, Cobra president Datuk Krishnan Tan said that this would ensure continued development of the game at the schools and district levels.
