Kedah beat South China, Perak share the spoils with Kitchee


ALOR STAR: Kedah came alive in the second-half to crush South China FC of Hong Kong 3-0 in their AFC Cup Group D clash at the Darulaman Stadium here last night.

On a night when Perak were held to a 2-2 draw by another Hong Kong club, Kitchee FC, in Group E, Kedah got their goals through Marlon James (55th minute) and Nelson Martin (70th, 86th) to edge closer to a place in the knockout stage.
