KUALA LUMPUR: New Delhi is undergoing a major transformation in preparing to host the 19th Commonwealth Games in 2010, said Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) president Michael S. Fennell.
He said the city, home to more than 13.8 million people, was going all out to ensure the Games will be a memorable one.
