PETALING JAYA: Time trial cyclist Rizal Tisin made heads turn with a smashing performance on the final day of the Track World Championships in Manchester on Sunday.
In the 1km event, Rizal posted a cracking 1:02.409 for a fifth-place finish and it was more than a second faster than his national record of 1:03.649, which he set in the final leg of the Track World Cup in Copenhagen a month ago.
