PETALING JAYA: Preparations for the 10th anniversary of the Petronas F1 Malaysian Grand Prix this weekend stepped up a gear with the handing over of the winner's trophy to the race organisers, Sepang International Circuit (SIC), yesterday.
The hype has been slow to kick in with the event coming up just after the country's 12th general election. But the SIC are confident that things will get better from now as they gear up to stage the second round of the F1 World Championships.
