KUALA LUMPUR: Rizal Tisin, Malaysia’s 1km time trial cyclist, delivered a cracking performance with a new national record en route to an impressive seventh place finish in the final leg of the UCI Track World Cup in Copenhagen, Denmark on Saturday.
Rizal stopped the clock at 1:03.649 to better his previous national record of 1:03.781 set in finishing sixth in the opening leg in Sydney in December.
