PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Lim Siew Ai and Thai Virada Nirapathpongporn have been handed sponsor invites to take part in the US$2mil HSBC Golf Women’s Champions at the Tanah Merah Country Club in Singapore from Feb 28-March 2.
Siew Ai and Virada are the current top ranked female golfers in the region and the invitations will see them lining up alongside world number one Lorena Ochoa of Mexico and LPGA Hall of Fame members Annika Sorenstam of Sweden and South Korean legend Pak Se-ri.
