AFTER blazing his way to a fast time of 1:03.781 to finish sixth in the opening leg of the Track World Cup in Sydney last Saturday, cyclist Rizal Tisin is the hot favourite to win the SEA Games 1km time trial gold medal.
But he is taking no chances. He has only one shot at gold in Korat and he has decided to skip the second leg of the World Cup in Beijing this weekend.
