CYCLIST Josiah Ng has come a full circle since his last involvement in a SEA Games six years ago.
Josiah, who was born in the Philippines and raised in the United States, answered a National Sports Council (NSC) call-up to the national team and won two gold medals from the 1km time trial and keirin events in the Games in Kuala Lumpur in 2001.
