HPTC plan shot down


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s application to turn the Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre in Brickendonbury, England, into a High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) for sports has been rejected. 

The East Herts Council Development Control Committee voted on Wednesday night against the proposal made by the National Sports Institute (NSI).
