JOHOR BARU: There will be more cash rewards for the Johor Razak Cup hockey team – this time from the state government – for retaining the Division One title with a 5-3 win on penalty strokes over Perak in the final in Kuantan last Sunday.
The State Executive Councillor in charge of the Youth and Sports committee, Aziz Kaprawi, said yesterday: “The amount to be given out will be worked out soon after I meet the Johor Sports Council officials.
