KUANTAN: Johor retained the Razak Cup Division One title, winning 5-3 on penalty strokes after their final match against Perak ended in a 1-1 deadlock and extra time failed to produce a goal at the Kuantan Hockey Stadium yesterday.
Johor pocketed RM10,000 for the win while Perak received RM7,000 and third-placed Armed Forces received RM5,000.
