PETALING JAYA: The Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) has named Datuk Dr M. Jegathesan the winner of the 2007 IOC (International Olympic Committee) Trophy for promoting the "spirit of Olympism."
OCM president Tunku Tan Sri Imran Tuanku Ja'afar, after chairing the executive board meeting last week, said Jegathesan was the ideal choice for the trophy. The winner is chosen based on the theme "Sport and Promotion of Olympism".
