SEPANG: Heavy downpour before the race affected SuperSports 600cc championship leader Toshiyuki Hamaguchi's performance as he crashed out of Race 1 and only finished fourth in second race in Round 4 of the Petronas Sprinta FIM Asian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit here yesterday.
But the Babie's Sports Racing rider, who is also the defending champion, still remained on top of the standings.
