SUNDERLAND: Veteran striker Andy Cole (pic) signed a one-year deal with Sunderland on Friday, making the promoted north-east team his eighth professional club.
The 35-year-old, who will link-up with former Manchester United team-mate Roy Keane at the Stadium of Light, left Portsmouth last season after manager Harry Redknapp agreed to cancel the final two years of his contract.
