KUALA LUMPUR: Apart from defending champions Penguins Internationals of England, two other former champions have confirmed participation in the HSBC-Cobra International Rugby 10s, which will be held at the Petaling Jaya Stadium in Kelana Jaya on Oct 27 and 28.
Red Rock of Fiji and Marist St Joseph Rugby Club of Samoa, who won the tournament in 2003 and 2004 respectively, are making a return after a year's break.
