PETALING JAYA: The Youth and Sports Ministry will be looking at one of the top foreign clubs coming for the Champions Youth Cup (CYC) as a module structure to set up the junior football development plan in the country.
Youth and Sports Deputy Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai said they would be seeking technical expertise and support from a selected foreign club, which would suit the country in all organisational aspects, including coaching and team building.
