KUALA LUMPUR: After becoming the Asian champion high jumper Lee Hup Wei’s next mission is to win a place for next year’s Beijing Olympics.
The 20-year-old from Dengkil created history by becoming the first Malaysian athlete to win a gold medal in field events in the Asian Track and Field (ATF) Championships in Jordan on Wednesday with a personal best jump of 2.24m.
