PARIS: World football's governing body FIFA yesterday recommended the English Football Association (FA) and the Premier League advise West Ham to take the Tevez transfer dispute to the Court of Arbritration for Sport.
“It is not a matter of refusing to arbitrate but a recommendation in the interest of all parties involved in the complicated affair,” explained a FIFA spokesman to AFP yesterday.
