KUALA LUMPUR: The inaugural Champions Youth Cup (CYC) ran into more controversy yesterday when the promoters filed a lawsuit against FIFA at the Civil Courts of Brussels.
London-based Gifted Group, together with G14, filed the lawsuit to stop FIFA from negatively interfering with the organisation of the Champions Youth Cup, which is scheduled to be held in Malaysia from Aug 5-19.
