PETALING JAYA: The FA of Malaysia (FAM) yesterday sent an official appeal to FIFA, the world-governing body for football, to re-consider their application to sanction the Champions Youth Cup (CYC), which they planned to host in Malaysia from Aug 5-19.
General secretary of FAM Datuk Seri Dr Ibrahim Saad (pic) said at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur that they had done no wrong in supporting the government in organising the tournament.
