KUALA LUMPUR: Forward Harvinder Singh turned hero for Tenaga Nasional – scoring a golden goal to give his team a 2-1 semi-final win over defending overall champions Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) in the Malaysia Junior Hockey League at the Kuala Lumpur Hockey Stadium yesterday.
MBPJ, who finished as the runners-up in Division One, took the lead through Mohd Noor Khairul Azrain in the 21st minute off a penalty corner and Tenaga equalise through Mohd Firdaus Mokhtar in the 38th minute.
