PETALING JAYA: Malaysian diver Cheong Jun Hoong (pic), making a comeback after a seven-month layoff, finished 27th in a field of 32 competitors in the women’s 10m individual platform event of the World Championships in Melbourne last night.
The 18-year-old, a Manila SEA Games gold medallist in the 10m synchronised platform event with Leong Mun Yee two years ago, chalked up a total of 219.90 points from five attempts.
