LONDON: Manager Alan Curbishley was given a vote of confidence after his West Ham United team slumped to a 4-0 defeat at Charlton Athletic in Saturday’s Premier League relegation tussle.
“Alan’s future is not in doubt,” a club spokesman said in a statement. “Obviously, everyone is disappointed with today’s result but the chairman (Eggert Magnusson) remains fully committed to Alan.”
