Now Chunlai faces a major headache in the final

PETER Gade-Christensen landed in hospital with a bad case of migraine upon his arrival in Malaysia. Today, the Dane will be the big headache for China's Bao Chunlai.

The joint third-fourth seed had been almost written off after his two-day stay in the hospital but he defied the odds to reach the men's singles final yesterday, beating gritty compatriot Kenneth Jonassen 21-15, 16-21, 21-11 after a taxing 53-minute battle.
