BEIJING: China midfielder Sun Xiang has begged to be allowed to leave Shanghai Shenhua for Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven.
PSV’s offer to pay 150,000 euros to take the 24-year-old left winger on loan for six months with the option of a one million euro transfer at the end was turned down earlier this week.
