KUALA LUMPUR: The Tour of Langkawi (LTdL) has received a major boost. Top French cyclist Thomas Voeckler has been confirmed as one of the riders at the race next month.
Voeckler has been here before but in his two previous appearances back in 2001 and 2004, he was just another rider in the field.
