SEPANG: Malaysia’s chef-de-mission to the just concluded Asian Games in Doha said the Malaysian contingent could have got more than eight gold medals but luck was not on the side of the athletes in several events.
Datuk A. Sani Karim, who is also Olympic Council of Malaysia vice president, said it had been close in events like bodybuilding, gymnastics and sepaktakraw.
