ISLAMABAD: Defending champion Thierry Lincou of France and his title rival James Willstrop registered comfortable wins in the first round of the Pakistan Open squash championship here on Tuesday.
Lincou, world number three, took just 23 minutes to dispose off the challenge from Egyptian qualifier Omar Mussad, winning 11-8, 11-4, 11-5, and now meets Joey Barrington of England in the second round.
