Ferrer falls, Paradorn retires in Paris Masters


PARIS: Number 11 David Ferrer of Spain became the first seed to bow out of the Paris Masters when he lost 3-6, 6-6 to American Robby Ginepri in the second round yesterday. 

Ginepri next meets Czech Tomas Berdych or Belgian Olivier Rochus in the indoor event which is missing five of the world’s top six players.
