KUALA LUMPUR: The karate team have been the most successful one in the Malaysian contingent at the last two Asian Games – contributing two gold medals in both 1988 Bangkok and 2002 Busan.
And the chef-de-mission of the contingent to the Doha Asiad, Datuk A. Sani Karim, said that he was optimistic that karate would again deliver the goods for Malaysia.
