PENANG: It's goodbye Doha for high jumper Lee Hup Wei. His hopes of making his debut in the Asian Games went up in smoke in the Malaysian Amateur Athletic Union (MAAU) Open championships at the City Stadium yesterday.
Hup Wei needed to clear 2.19m to earn a place in the team.
