KANGAR: Kuala Lumpur's Razif Jaafar won the 158km mass start event of the 2006 Perlis Open Cycling Championships at Taman Merdeka here yesterday.
In a photo-finish, Razif clocked 4'01:14 to beat Mohd Zamri Salleh of the National Sports Council (NSC) to the gold medal. KL Digital's Mohd Firdaus Daud finished third in 4'02:17.
