KUALA LUMPUR: Malacca were beaming with pride when their girls' artistic team swept all six gold medals at stake during the Sukma (Malaysia Games) in Kedah in June.
Now, sadly, one of the state's gymnasts has been tested positive for a banned drug. The gymnast, who failed both the A and B tests, tested positive for using cortico, a steroid usually used for treating arthritis, rheumatoid and severe allergic conditions such as asthma.
