KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Hockey Federation (MHF) have agreed on a plan to revive the fortunes of the national hockey team following their failure to qualify for the World Cup Finals in Germany.
But the council, after their meeting yesterday, failed to provide any tangible reasons for the failure of the team at the World Cup qualifiers in April.
