PETALING JAYA: Hurdler Noraseela Mohamed Khalid is the latest Malaysian athlete to have qualified for the 2006 Doha Asian Games.
Noraseela, who is based in Leipzig, clocked 56.55 in the 400m hurdles at the Borna State meet on June 11 in Leipzig to beat the qualifying mark of 56.58 – the third placing time at the last Busan Asian Games in 2002.
