SELANGORs Mohd Hasrolnizam Yaakob was downcast after he was thrown out of the Gemilang 2010 Project squad in February for poor performances.
But at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Star last night, the 21-year-old discus thrower proved that he was still the best, breaking the Sukma record of 43.53m set by Sarawaks Ngu Kit Ming in the 1998 Selangor Games with a 45.89m effort.
