RALEIGH (North Carolina): Former Olympic sprint queen Marion Jones will run her first race in almost a year when she competes against ex-world champion Torri Edwards over 100 metres at Veracruz in Mexico.
“She is looking forward to running again and is hoping to run a good race,” her manager Charles Wells told Reuters in a telephone interview from his Keller, Texas office on Tuesday.
