KUALA LUMPUR: Former champions Tenaga Nasional put up a good fight to beat Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MPPJ) 3-1 in the Malaysian Junior Hockey League (MJHL) semi-final second-leg match at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
But it was not good enough for them to qualify for the final. They were beaten 1-4 in the first-leg match and MPPJ advanced 5-4 on aggregate.
