FRANKLIN (Tennessee): Cristie Kerr fired a final round five-under 67 to beat Angela Stanford and capture the LPGA Franklin American Mortgage Championship on Sunday.
Stanford didn’t card a birdie until her final hole and by then it was too late as Kerr finished at 19-under 269 to finish two shots ahead of Stanford, Lorena Ochoa and Pat Hurst.
