NEW YORK: Former 100m world record-holder Tim Montgomery pleaded not guilty to bank fraud charges, the disgraced doping-banished sprinter proclaiming innocence in the District Court, the New York Post reported.
Montgomery, 31, remained free on US$150,000 bail after making his plea before federal judge Kenneth Karas here on Wednesday, although travel has been limited for the 2000 Sydney Olympic 4x100m gold medal relay member.
