PETALING JAYA: Japan’s Toshiyuki Hamaguchi, the title-holder in the SuperSports 600cc event, will start from pole position in the opening leg of the 2006 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship at the Sentul International Circuit.
After yesterday's qualifying session held under wet conditions, no other rider could better Hamaguchi's time of 1:35.041 set on Friday.
