PETALING JAYA: The absence of friendly matches between opposing teams at the World Cup qualifiers in Changzhou, China, has surprised the Malaysian team.
The national team had been hoping to catch a glimpse of their opponents during these “friendly” sessions. But since they arrived on Thursday, the teams have yet to see any of the teams in action. Only the Malaysians and Egyptians had a session. The other teams were nowhere to be seen.
