Show some guts, Bruce tells Birmingham players

MANCHESTER: Having been subjected to a humiliating 7-0 FA Cup thrashing at the hands of Liverpool in midweek, Birmingham City would probably have preferred to lick their wounds somewhere other than Old Trafford. 

But, with the criticism of chairman David Sullivan ringing in their ears and the position of manager Steve Bruce under severe threat, Birmingham’s players have no alternative but to face the daunting task of attempting to redeem their pride and reputations against an in-form Manchester United.
