PHNOM PENH: Impoverished Cambodia will skip its turn to host the SEA Games in 2011 because it would be too costly, Prime Minister Hun Sen said yesterday.
The money was needed to host a regional ASEAN summit in the capital Phnom Penh in 2012, Hun Sen said in a speech aired on Cambodian radio.
