KUALA LUMPUR: National number one artistic gymnasts Ng Shu Wai is back from China without his personal coach but he is still all pumped up ahead of the Commonwealth Games, which will be held in Melbourne from March 15-26.
Shu Wai is looking tougher now and he will set out to become the first Malaysian man to win a gold medal at the Games.
