COLOMBO: The United States, still a novice in world cricket, says it is capable of creating "surprises'' even against formidable opponents when it begins its Under 19 World Cup campaign on Monday.
"There are a lot of people going to be getting a lot of surprises here,'' said team manager Ashok Patel ahead of America's first match against the West Indies in the Sri Lanka's capital, Colombo.
