GEORGETOWN: The first of the Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta harbour races was abandoned yesterday because of poor sailing conditions at the Tanjong City Marina here.
Regatta chairman Datuk Richard Curtis said the wind at the harbour was not enough for the yachts to even get off the mark.
