JITRA: Kedah, the hosts for the 11th Malaysia Games (Sukma) next year, will slash their original expenditure budget of RM87mil by 15%, which will save the state RM13mil.
Acting Mentri Besar Datuk Mahdzir Khalid said the cut would not affect the smooth running of Sukma scheduled from May 24-June 4.
